Refund Policy

At Ongles au Bout des Doigts , customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide you with quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, we have a clear and transparent refund policy in place.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision in writing (email or letter) indicating your order number.

2. Return conditions

In order to qualify for a refund, products must meet the following conditions:

Be new, unused and unopened (for hygiene reasons, any opened or used product cannot be returned).
Be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories that may have been provided.
Be returned within a maximum of 14 days after your request for withdrawal.

Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Defective products or ordering error

If the product received has a manufacturing defect, or if we made an error in preparing your order (missing product, wrong reference sent), we will cover the full cost of return and exchange. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing supporting photos.

4. Refund procedure

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days depending on your initial payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Non-refundable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be refunded:

Opened or used products
Installation accessories already used
Gift vouchers or gift cards
