All orders are carefully prepared within an average of 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track the progress of your package.
2. Delivery methods
We work with reliable partners to guarantee fast and secure delivery. Depending on your delivery address, several options are available:
Standard delivery (3 to 6 business days): an economical and reliable solution.
Express delivery (24 to 48 business hours): for customers in a hurry who want to receive their products quickly.
The delivery times indicated are estimates only and may vary slightly due to peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays, etc.) or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, postal delays, exceptional events).
3. Delivery costs
Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the package weight, destination, and delivery method selected.

Free local delivery within a 10 km radius of Saint-Colomban
Free local pickup is available
Truck delivery is available for $10
4. Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You will then be able to track the progress of your package in real time directly on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery delays or problems
If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the delivery process to locate your package.

6. Delivery address
Please double-check your information before confirming your order. If the customer provides an incorrect address, Ongles au Bout des Doigts cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery. Any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
